Sam A. Lavorato, Sr.

Born in Salinas on August 1, 1936. Mr. Lavorato attended the University of Santa Clara where he received his B.S. in 1959 and L.L.B. in 1963. He was admitted to the California State bar in 1965 and served with distinction as Deputy District Attorney of Monterey County from 1965 to1969. Mr. Lavorato is a founding partner of the law firm and has practiced law here for over 40 years. Mr. Lavorato was the recipient of the Chief Justice Gibson Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Ethics and Community Service in 2004. Past President of the Monterey County Bar Association. He has served on numerous other boards as director and officer for charitable and non-profit organizations. Former United States Army Officer (Lieutenant-Infantry). Robert L. House

Robert L. House born in Bakersfield in 1939, attended U.C. Berkeley where he earned his B.S. degree in 1962. He earned his J.D. in 1966 at the U.C. Hastings College of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1966. Thereafter, he became a State Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. Bob was the recipient of the Chief Justice Gibson Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Ethics and Community Service in 1993, was recognized in 1994 when he was named Salinas Area Citizen of the Year, and in 2004, 2005, and 2006 was honored as a Northern California Super Lawyer in Estate Planning and Trusts by San Francisco Magazine.

Gregory M. Chilton

Born in Sacramento, California, July 26, 1962; admitted to the bar, 1989, California; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California. Education: University of California, Davis (A.B., 1986); University of Santa Clara (J.D., 1989). Member: Monterey County Bar Association; State Bar of California. Christopher Lavorato

Born in Salinas, California on June 3, 1970. Mr. Lavorato attended the University of San Francisco where he received his B.A. in 1992. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. He is a member of the Monterey County Bar association where he serves as an Executive Director on the board. He is a member of the Northern District of California. Mr. Lavorato is an active member in non-profit organizations in the community and was recently honored as a philanthropist in 2008. Former United States Army Officer (Captain-Aviation/Military Intelligence). Graduated from Rotary Wing Flight School in 1993. Russell Christian Scott

Born in Monterey in 1980, attended the University of Santa Barbara where he received his B.S. in 2003.  He earned his J.D. in 2007 from Monterey College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2007.  He is a 4th generation attorney in Monterey County and grew up immersed in the law.  He spent approximately one and a half years in the District Attorney’s office handling and prosecuting a multitude of different types of cases.  Practice Areas:  Family Law and Criminal Law.
